Understanding Your Quotes
Quote Status Meanings
- Pending Review: Your quote is being reviewed by our sales team. You'll receive an email when pricing is ready.
- Approved: Pricing is complete! Click to review the quote and accept or reject it.
- Ordered: You've accepted the quote and your order is being processed.
- Closed: The order has been completed and fulfilled.
- Rejected: You declined the quote. You can request a new quote anytime.
- Declined: Our team was unable to quote this request. Contact us if you have questions.
- Expired: The quote pricing is no longer valid. Please request a new quote.
Finding a Quote
- The End User column shows the targeted end user you entered when requesting the quote, with any part numbers underneath
- Type in the Search box above the list to match the quote number, end user, part numbers, or your PO number — useful for finding every past quote for one of your customers
- The search box in the page header works the same way from any page and brings you back here with the results
- Search combines with the status chips and date range; use Clear filters to reset everything
Quick Actions
- Click any row to open a quick preview of the quote
- From the preview, use Open full quote for full details and pricing, or Edit Quote to make changes (shown while the quote can still be changed)
- Use the "+ Request Quote" button to start a new order
