Understanding Your Quotes
Quote Status Meanings
- Pending Review: Your quote is being reviewed by our sales team. You'll receive an email when pricing is ready.
- Approved: Pricing is complete! Click to review the quote and accept or reject it.
- Ordered: You've accepted the quote and your order is being processed.
- Closed: The order has been completed and fulfilled.
- Rejected: The quote was declined. You can request a new quote anytime.
- Expired: The quote pricing is no longer valid. Please request a new quote.
